Parking is available at basement B2 via Gate 3. During peak hours, arrive 20 minutes early.

By car

Visitor parking is available at B3 and B4. For large groups, please provide plate details in advance for smoother entry support.

The nearest bus stop is around 350 meters from the main lobby. Reception can send the shortest walking map in your confirmation email.

By taxi or ride-hailing

Use the main gate drop-off point to shorten check-in time, especially for groups with children or senior members.

You may reschedule up to two times if requested at least 24 hours before the visit. Last-minute changes are handled based on available capacity.

Cancellation

Please notify early so your slot can be offered to another group. For capacity-limited workshops, a 48-hour notice is strongly recommended.

Late arrival

If arrival is more than 20 minutes late, the route may be shortened to avoid overlap with following sessions.

Adding participants

Additional participants can be requested up to 12 hours before your slot, subject to remaining capacity.
